As part of my morning routine, I wake up early with my cup of coffee and often experience the pleasure of watching the sun come up. I love the mornings where the sky is a wash of pink and lavender. The colour and texture of this weaving is inspired by those mornings.

I chose the materials intuitively using touch and colour and connecting with the feelings the sunrise awakens in me.
